- Class
actions against credit card companies for improper treatment

for improperly charging premiums to California employers.
Strange & Carpenter represents classes which include most
California employers against workers' compensation insurance
carriers for improperly inflating premiums as a result of
the misreporting of claims. Between 1988 and 1999, various
cases settled on a classwide basis including:

Case No. CV 772488. This case involved defective Heat
Mirror Units which fogged-up when exposed to sunlight
as a result of a defective sealant. The case recently
settled for $13 million against all defendants.
